Phlebotomy Technician Program

Get hands-on training in drawing blood safely and confidently. In this 10-week course, you’ll learn how to perform venipuncture and capillary sticks, label and handle samples, and follow safety and infection control procedures. When you finish, you’ll be ready to take the MedCA certification exam and start your career in phlebotomy.

Monday's & Wednesday's

*Classes meet twice a week on Mondays & Wednesdays.

Mornings 9am - 12 pm

Afternoons 12pm - 3pm

Evenings 6pm - 9pm

  • Session 1: January 5th – March 12th

  • Session 2: March 16th – May 21st

***REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT INTO THE PHLEBOTOMY COURSES:

  • GED or High School Diploma

  • Hepatitis B vaccine series (need proof of immunization record to start laboratory procedures)

(NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A PENDING HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED, YOU MAY STILL REGISTER FOR PROGRAM/CLASS SESSIONS).
